  About Installation: How we implement Voxida voice recording solutions in your call center

Voxida voice recording systems are installed by Accurate Always personnel or fully trained Authorized Accurate Always partners. You have experts onsite to analyze your center's requirements and implement your solution.

Every installation is conducted by professionals who remain in direct communication with the Accurate Always headquarters. All field techs have access to our private, 24 x 7 web-based support site. An engineer in our office in Half Moon Bay, California, is always on standby to address any questions from field personnel.
