Voxida records and monitors analog telephone and radio- digitally.
Voxida, the digital voice recording system, can be configured
to record your analog radio and telephone. Analog recording,
when done correctly, can provide a rich level of call detail.
Please note that the Accurate Always analog recording support does not include the
use of clumsy and ineffective handset tap or decentralized USB
devices, which quickly become unmanageable in even a small contact center implementation.

Voxida listens, monitors and records by interpreting digital
and analog call signaling data to initiate, or trigger, recording.
The signaling
data triggers are custom-configurable, allowing user- and geographic-specific configuration, of your recording behavior. Recording
upon such triggers ensures that all call data is preserved, something
that cannot be accomplished with VOX-driven recording.
Most VOX-driven recording is often simply noise-driven. To protect your investment
in call recording technology, it is often preferable to upgrade
your PBX, rather than locking yourself into dated VOX-driven
call recording technology.
