How to Record Cisco Skinny / SCCP Calls

Recording Cisco Skinny, or SCCP (Skinny Call Control Protocol), calls typically requires the use of third-party call recording solutions that are specifically designed to work with SCCP. These solutions offer the most advanced features to capture, tag, report on and retain calls.

SCCP is a proprietary signaling protocol used by Cisco Unified IP Phones to communicate with Cisco Unified Communications Manager or “CUCM” (formerly known as Cisco CallManager).
