Our online meeting center allows immediate, one-on-one interaction with our staff so that they will always be informed and supported, as they support your center.

We offer a free, full Voxida software technology refresh with our Priority Service Program (PSP). This means that those that opt for the PSP not only get spare-in-the-air component replacement, expedited service, and a personal senior technician here at Accurate Always - they also receive free Voxida call recording software upgrades and an extended warranty during their enrollment. The upgrades are full-version upgrades, not mere bug fixes and patches. This is just part of our ongoing commitment to helping your contact center stay on the leading edge.
